The Greek Orthodox Community of St George Brisbane is establishing St George College, a new private P-6, co-educational, christian primary school located at South Brisbane. Presently in the funding and development stage, St George College will provide a holistic Christian Orthodox education shaped by Hellenic culture with a rich curriculum and stimulating co-curricular activities.
It is anticipated that St George College will be a leading South Brisbane primary school and will draw diverse students from South Brisbane, West End, Woolloongabba, East Brisbane, Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Fairfield, Annerley, Stones Corner, Greenslopes, Yeronga, Coorparoo and outer suburb areas. It is planned that classes P-1 will commence first with rollout of Years 2-6 following in subsequent years.
